Distinguished judges, teachers, dear friends:
Hello, everybody! My name is, I come from. Today, I am very glad to stand here and share with you my most sincere speechFlying youth, master our future!
Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood, we step into another important time of lifethe youth ver, who can really say what the youth is? A period of time? A belief? An attitude to life? Or anything else? We don t know.
A famous poet said youth is a lovely song, where nothing is impossible;youth is a meaningful book, you ll be never bored of it;youth is a rapid river, it keeps on flowing day and night;youth is a cup of tea, it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life.
As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it t let the limited time pass by, leaving nothing of significance to our future. Actually, youth has a lot to do with our future. It s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. So, what should we do? Here, I ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves
First of all, recognize the direction of your future. In other word, think of what you d like to be some day. A teacher? A doctor? A writer? Don t afraid of thinking big and great e you are young, you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future
What s more, never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it ll broaden your horizon.
Last but not the least, stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. So, we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties.
I firmly believe one sentence thatIf you think you can, of course you can! Just believe we can make it!Keep on walking towards our dream. Flying youth, master our future. From today, from now on, from Middle School!Ready?
That s all. Thank you so much for your attention!

Dear,
Saying goodbye to childhood, we step into another important time in the pace of young, facing new situations, dealing with different problems……
everyone has his ownunderstanding of young, it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have
experienced the sour, sweet, bitter and salty can you really become a person of time of young is limitted, it may pass by without your attention, and when you discover what has happened, it is always too ping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future, or the situation may be opposite .
having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing, they all made full use of their youth time, to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a cosquence, they are remembered by later
generations, admired by do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did, though not for the whole word, just for youeself, for those around!
the young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, they make people feel happy, but with time passing by, after they withers, moet people think they are so it is the same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and we must treasure it, don't let the limitted time pass by, leaving nothing of significance.

Dear,
Youth is not a time of life;it is a state of mind;it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees;it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions;it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station:so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.

Dear,
Youth need to dream, the dream need responsibility
Youth is a great fortune, who the more efficient use of it, the greater thevalue of not think that youth is a very easy topic, thought that youhave everything for granted, and you can follow one’s inclinations of life.
You have youth, it means you shoulder the responsibility of a motherland inthe future in need of you, your family in the future in need of onsibility, of course, and the dream, only to establish on the basis ofaction does not become a a dream and pursuit, we won’t get lost, andwith the sense of responsibility, we only have the motivation.
Space is there, we decided to moon and the planets are there, wedecided to rrow is there we decided to obtain new hopeis there we decided to make our dream come ’t be afraid to be full ofthorns road, the young we can get out of the ’t be afraid of thehardships of life , dream that we stand insipid time ’t be afraid ofresponsibility heavy, want to believe that we can go all out.
In such an opportunity and competition today, hope and confused era, I wantto say youth need to dream and the dream need responsibility!

Dear,
Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human beings heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long are you young.
An individual human existence should be like a river—small at first, narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past
boulders and over waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the waters flow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become merged in the sea, and painlessly lose their individual being.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of sixty more than a boy of twenty. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Burning of one s life may also be corrupt, in that case, I do not want to corrupt, not corrupt, I would like to burn up! Friends present here! You like it? Youth is our most beautiful season of life, she is breeding in early spring of life, demonstrating a warm summer, with autumn s master real hidden, which makes clear the hope of winter, full of poetic passion and not a lack of hard work, fashion, romantic and full of the hard struggle.
When a person s youth integrate into an era, a career, so youth will not go away, and this will certainly cause in the years of experience in the reflection of bright light.

Dear classmates and teachers:
Hello everyone!
Silkworm cocoon out of the moment, is to get a layer of skin pain......
This is the youth the pupa becomes painful, is sadness, like butterfly silkworm instant, beautiful and transparent, sad and fragile wings. Youth is the most beautiful season, however, it is so short, when you tear off a page of the calendar, the feeling of youth flowers fade.
No loss of youth and youth. Youth in a person#39;s life only once, the youth is more acceptable and better things than other times. Who can keep the youth to old age? Do not let his mind cooling, hard, rigid, who is happy! In fact, a person#39;s youth, it will appear as a beautiful autumn, the mature age. When the fruits of life like rice like waiting for the harvest in the atmosphere.
In this world, there is nothing more precious than youth, but youth is also the most easy to fade. The most precious things are not what they are, but what is the most important thing is to die. Although the purple flowers trampled more ordered more quickly, but the youth is more waste, may easily disappear......

Dear,
As the song goes “ My future isn’t a dream .” I love the song which bringsme confidence when singing it every time .I believe that all our dreams cancome true if we have courage to pursue them I was young my father alwaysasked me what I would be in the future times I found it very hard to givea certain reply .“ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I’d like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish andridiculous I never think they are far away .
How time flies! Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I knowclearly that those high buildings are based on solid foundation a student ,I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard goal is to enter the bestuniversity for further study after middle school .I know it’s hard work , and I’ll come across many difficulties and frustrations no matter what they are, I’ll keep working on it and never give up teacher says there ’s only onekind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put upwith hardships if I won’t achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what Ihave done , for I have struggled for my life .

Dear,
“University”, a beautiful word, which makes me have much imagination.
Asthe name “ivory tower” given by people, its a good place to live and study. In the ivory tower, romantic love just like cherry blossom smiles happilyin the campus. Many girls have the sweet dream that one day there is a boy whostands below the windows loud annoucing “I love you”, holding a bound of flowersin his hands. But the most important things is that I can receive the advanced educationsystematically, listen to the senior professorsexperience, attend many doursesof lectures. To my pleasant, I can be free to spend a whole day in the libraryand read every book that Id like, which makes me find the knowledge is vastconsiderably.
All these let me climb up in the field of science. At the same time, the people from many parts of motherland get together. Its a big furnace involved dialects and cluture. Its interesting. I can find apart time job to experience the life, which is a good way of contactingsociety. In short, therere many things waiting for me to learn, and this is why Icome here to be a university student.

Dear,
Students, guests , teachers and Honorable Judges Good morning !
my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....
As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life. I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks
and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart. I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

Dear,
A Chief Executive officer is not necessarily someone who has had a lot offormal training. So, I doubt moreschooling would help you climb up that ladder ofsuccess.
Maybe you should try and change your work habits or character. You cannotjust sit around in an organization waiting for people to promote you. You haveto let people know you are ambitious and waiting for biggerand more rewardingchallenges. You should tell your supervisor or boss that you want to be promotedand rise up that management ladder. A good manager will accept, even respect thefact that you wish for career development. If this is not the case, you shouldfind a new job or new company that will allow you to grow.
You must start out small. Hoping that one day you will suddenly becomedirector of a company is doubtful. Getting ready for a slow ascent is morelikely. Accept it, and commit yourself, realizing that it may be alongclimb.
You will need some skills to propel you up that ladder of success. You mustbe competent, that is you need to develop skills in many areas, such asmarketing, human resources, public relations and finances.
You must also be a good people person, always cultivating relationshipswith the people around you.Having “guanxi” is a necessary characteristic of anysuccessful CEO.

Dear,
About ten years ago when I was an undergraduate in college, I was working as an intern at my Universitys Museum of Natural History. One day while working at the cash register in the gift shop, I saw an elderly couple e in with a little girl in a wheelchair.
As I looked closer at this girl, I saw that she was kind of perched on her chair. I then realized she had no arms or legs, just a head, neck and torso. She was wearing a little white dress with red polka dots. As the couple wheeled her up to me I was looking down at the register. I turned my head toward the girl and gave her a wink. As I took the money from her grandparents, I looked back at the girl, who was giving me the cutest, largest smile I have ever seen. All of a sudden her handicap was gone and all I saw was this beautiful girl, whose smile just melted me and almost instantly gave me a pletely new sense of what life is all about. She took me from a poor, unhappy college student and brought me into her world; a world of smiles, love and warmth.
That was ten years ago. Im a successful business person now and whenever I get down and think about the troubles of the world, I think about that little girl and the remarkable lesson about life that she taught me.
